Aliens Have Arrived

About the Photo Sequence
In November 2009, a Piper Cherokee (N3053N) reported smoke in the cockpit. Luckily, he wasn't airborne. The Fresno Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting Department (ARFF) rushed to the scene and handled it. As you can see, they were fully prepared for the worst which did not happen. If there was any fire, we didn't see it from the tower perspective. We work together when these incidents happen. The Fresno ARFF has saved lives and property over the years but that doesn't make them immune to my humor! I came back from a break to find this going on so I pulled out the 80-400mm lens and started snapping away. Add a scene from Burning Man, my living room, and an old photo of a previous manager and here's what I got. :)

Photo Details
This cartoon sequence contains 8 frames. Each frame is a finite 820 pixels wide but height was left to its own. I based the picture size on an email program's display window asuming that the picture would not be automatically resized to fit. This technique kept the file size down, the largest being 401k making it easy to send and receive through email. The file names are also numbered so they'll display in numerical order. All photos were taken with a Nikon D80.
